Refund policy

Because precious metals prices change by the minute, all sales of bullion (bars, rounds, wafers and coins sold for their metal content) are final. Bullion orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once payment is received.

Collectible coins, coin sets and estate jewellery may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must come back in the same condition they were shipped, in their original packaging, with any certificates included. Please contact us before sending anything back: return shipments must be insured and tracked, and return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of our inspection.

Collecting supplies (holders, cases, capsules and similar) may be returned unopened within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at contact@seopm.ca within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right at no cost to you.
