Shipping policy

Orders ship within 2 business days after payment has cleared. For Interac e-Transfer orders, that means once your transfer has been received and deposited.

Every shipment is fully insured for its purchase value and travels with tracking. Orders over $500 require a signature on delivery.

We ship from Napanee, Ontario to anywhere in Canada and worldwide. Shipping costs are shown at checkout; for unusually large or high-value orders we may follow up by email to arrange a specialist insured carrier before dispatch.

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees charged by their country.

If your tracking stalls or a package arrives damaged, email contact@seopm.ca with your order number. Because every shipment is insured, you are never out of pocket for a loss in transit: we will open a claim and make it right.
